2025 Light Dry Red

Upper Derwent Valley Pinot Noir and Coal Valley Syrah, picked on the same day (fancy that) and co-fermented as one batch. 50/50.

Plenty of whole bunch funk courtesy of the Pinot and spicy red-fruity structure and prettiness from the Syrah.

A classic Aussie blend championed by Maurice O’Shea in the Hunter Valley in the 30’s and 40’s. Bring it back.

2025 Pinot Gris

Single Vineyard, Glengarry, Tamar Valley

Barrel fermented Gris from a cool site in an oft-forgotten nook of the Tamar. Honeydew and nashi pears, some spice and leesy texture, with that classic bright natural Tasmanian acidity.

Autumn trips up and down the Midland Highway captured in the bottle.
