Pinot Gris has always been a wine made in and for autumn, our favourite season. This one is an ode to the vistas of our island’s valleys and rivers at that time of the year. Softly textured Bosc pear, fleshy red skinned apple and some subtle leesy spice, all framed by the classic natural acid we are so lucky to enjoy down here.
